Portrait of Jack

Jack

Advanced Clinical Practitioner · MSc Advanced Clinical Practice

Jack works in the NHS across primary and secondary care as a Physiotherapy Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) and holds a master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice. He has spent most of his career in musculoskeletal health, including time in the chronic pain service and with professional and semi-professional sports clubs. Working alongside doctors and consultants in his NHS role, he brings a well-rounded, holistic approach to helping people recover.

Portrait of Liam

Liam

Rheumatology & Orthopaedic MSK

Liam began his career in the NHS, building the broad base of knowledge that still underpins his practice. For the last five years he has split his time between the NHS and private practice with self-paying and insured clients. Most of his week is Orthopaedic MSK — rehabbing sporting injuries, musculoskeletal pain and post-operative care — and he also works in Rheumatology. With nearly ten years in the field, he is one of only a handful of Physiotherapists offering Rheumatology privately.

Being based at Train Fitness Studio allows us to treat the members in a space they already know, and gives everyone who comes to us access to high-quality equipment for rehabilitation to be done properly.

What we offer

Assessment, treatment and rehab — tailored to you.

Every treatment option is explained and agreed with you first. Where further investigation is needed, we can write to your GP, consultant or insurer.

Physiotherapist assessing a patient’s knee

Assessment

At your initial consultation we sit down with you and talk through your injury or concern in detail, working to get to the root cause of your symptoms. From there we physically assess and test the area — using technology as required — to reach as specific a diagnosis as possible and create an individualised structured treatment plan.

Physiotherapist guiding a rehab exercise

Treatment

Clear, prescribed exercise programmes to progress you through your rehabilitation. Alongside this we may use manual therapy, massage, and musculoskeletal acupuncture or electrotherapy — every option is discussed and agreed with you first.
